We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and residential painting, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a clean and professional finish on various projects. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Duties:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary.

• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.

• Perform drywall repairs and caulking as needed to ensure smooth surfaces.

• Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during painting tasks.

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.

• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and requirements.

Experience:

• Proven experience in commercial painting, residential painting, or industrial painting is preferred, however not mandatory.

• Familiarity with carpentry skills is a plus, including knowledge of drywall installation and repair.

• Proficiency in using hand tools related to painting tasks.

• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and coworkers regarding project details and timelines.
